Spring & Easter Bunnies

I have a ton of unfinished cards and bits and pieces on my craft table, but I got this idea in my head and it would not let go!

It is the first time I'm using this row of bunnies. I gave them a touch of colour and details with copics.

When getting out my die cuts, I spotted theses bunnies too.

On the sea ...

When I make a set of cards as a gift, I put in cards that suit the receiver. Most of us need masculine cards at some point. My friend's husband has a boat, so I thought this would be a good one to add in the gift set.

(Note : This is a half size card which fits perfectly into the Concord & 9th Love notes envelope)

Nautical

It's my last week as guest designer for Just Us Girls. I've had a fabulous time - and I hope you have too.

This week's challenge is a photo challenge ... we're going nautical.

I watercoloured the background and used the Simon Says Stamp Border Waves die to make the waves.  I cut a double in white to make white tops.

I thought I would make the waves the top of the card ... as if the horizon is so far away.

Flippin' Awesome

There is another week for the CASology Challenge : FLIP.

For my first card, I did flipping through pages, but for a different take on the cue word, I'm now flipping tails! And to add a twist, I went for a fancy fold that gives a feel of flipping too.

I stamped the tail in green, but embossed with sapphire jewel embossing powder to give wonderful shimmer. Added diamond stickles to the water splashes.

There is still time to join in the fun.

On the sea

This week's CASology Challenge with the cue word MARINE is the perfect opportunity to make a masculine card.

Pop on over to the design team to get more inspiration ... and then I'm looking forward to seeing how you interpret MARINE.
