Sweet dress

It's Tuesday ... and time for a new CASology Challenge. This week's cue word is dress. 

I have a few offcuts of fabric from a top I've just had made. I love the small pattern and thought it would be perfect for the skirt of a dress on a card. I'll be sending this off to my niece, who loves blues as much as I do!
