Festive Branch
It's the last challenge at CASology for 2019. How this year has flown by! The cue word is BRANCH.
I started with the Alexandra Renke Branch with Leaves die. I used some of my patterned paper stash and added white enamel to highlight the berries. Added a button - more stash reduction!
Come and be inspired by a visit to check on the creations of the design team. Looking forward to seeing your take on the cue word.

Happy Birthday
I have a few friends who have Birthdays in December so here's one of my cards.
Love this colour combination.
The embossing powder I used for the butterfly is Gold Pearl - which I did on vellum.

Joy to the World
I'm always amazed at what makes me buy a new stamp set ... sometimes it's just one image among many, sometimes it is a special sentiment in just the right size and font!
The Merry Christmas sentiment in the tree was embossed in silver to match the silver string, and silver liquid pearl dot.
I love the small sentiments in the Merry & Bright stamp set and paired them with the layered tree from Favorite Season.
This was my first card ...
I thought that the string would perhaps be better at the bottom - and I added more trees on this one ...

Floral Squares Card Set
Here's a quick way to make a set of cards AND use up some of the stash of inked paper I have.
Here's the full set done.
Unfortunately, this white linen card stock had warped. I must flatten it out with the weight of some heavy books.
On this one, I kept a strip of the inked card to add to the edge.
I love the flow of this one.
Grounded in the earth ... floating towards the sky.
Go through your stash of inked cards. I have a lot of these because when I have finished a project and there is still some distress ink on my craft mat, I spritz it and smooch a piece of card to use up the ink.
I die cut the set of Floral Squares from Pinkfresh studio, and played around with the papers to see which ones I wanted to use.

Christmas Poinsettia
Time for some traditional Christmas cards ... let's start with a beautiful poinsettia! This is the Modern Poinsettia from Altenew - with the matching die.
I created the background with the Gradient Stripes, and added foliage with the Ellen Hutson Pine leaves from the Poinsettia & Pine dies.
A close up of the gold embossing on the flower and word die ... I inked the word die with Versamark and then embossed it. Love the effect.

Gingerbread
It's time for the new challenge at CASology. The cue word is GINGERBREAD and you have 2 weeks to enter your card.
I went with a simple graphic interpretation of a gingerbread house.
Come and be inspired by a visit to check on the creations of the design team. Looking forward to seeing your take on the cue word.
