Tweetest Christmas

The LOTV (Lili of the Valley) stamps are just the cutest ... love their trio sets. I had been wondering how to incorporate the 3 when I spotted the Freshly Made Sketch - perfect fit.

I white embossed half the background with the Hero Arts Raindrop background stamp. I created the sentiment circle with words from the new Hero Arts Happy Merry Messages set and drew the outline and holly to match the other circles.

Peace

I have my mother visiting, so I don't have as much time to get into my studio to play. But I have promised her some Christmas tags. I gave her my Christmas stamps to choose which kind of designs she would like, and this LOTV stamp was one of them.

A close up of the wink of stella on wings, and diamond stickles on stars.

A Set of Three

I almost missed the Muse Challenge, but since I had my paper pads out, I had to play. Michele has set us the challenge of using one patterned paper to make a set of three cards.

I have used less than one sheet of LOTV Woodland Wishes which comes in a 8" x 8" pad. Again I'm not catching the true colour. It looks more red in the photos, but in reality it's deep pink/plum colour - you can click the link to see.

Some of the snowflakes and the sentiment are embossed in Princess Gold.

Christmas Stars

Had this card in my mind since I saw the sketch as CAS(E) this Sketch, as I have loved those 3D stars since I first laid eyes on them. I cut out the panel with my Silhouette Cameo ... and the stars too. You can even buy the one with the scorelines. I spray painted them silver and embossed them. The lovely background paper is from LOTV.

Fab-U-lous

It's been a while since I used this LOTV word set, and the Less is More : Mostly Words Challenge was perfect for it.

I stamped a grey shadow to give a little more dimension ... a little washi tape and couple of stars with Diamond Stickles and I was done.

First Wedding card

I need a few wedding cards, and this is my first take. I was so inspired by the Muse Cards Challenge 49 :

I love the off-centre layout & the lines of washi.

I knew the wedding colours were white and mushroom, so I want to keep with them. As lace is "in" here, I used a doily to give a lacy look. Here is my take :
