What a terrific card Janet and love the way you have placed the car on a circular mat over the edge of the tag with part of the image on the tag too, beautifully finished with a sweet little bright yellow sun peeking out from behind the tag, and also a lovely large sentiment and a pretty yellow ribbon...perfect!
