The cue word at CASology #239 this week is LANDMARK. Not many amazing landmarks in Mauritius but wonderful beaches and sea.
Soft distressing does not take up too much white space and keeps the card CAS. I stamped twice and cut out the 2 sand banks and some leaves to give a 3D effect.
Check out the Design Team cards for some great inspiration!
Oh, to be transported to this lovely island :) I love how you created the sun rays and lovely ocean, and you still kept your design CAS! Very pretty card!
Your sun is perfect and your little island makes me feel warm when our temps are below zero. Fabulous CAS card and I am so glad you shared it with us at the paper Players this week jaydee
Clever Janet! That double-cutting creates a great 3D effect! Love that sun radiating from behind those gorgeous palm trees! A precious landmark indeed!
Every time I try to do a sunburst like this, it winds up all wonky and all over the place. So a big slow clap to you because this is fantastic!
