Hero Arts Card Scramble #116 : Card 3

Mixing it up with the solids and outlines for the Hero Arts Card Scramble #116.

This time the solids and outlines were completely different.


Love the fresh look that the circles give to the flowers.

I will also enter this in to the Freshly Made Sketches 200 Celebration Challenge
