Lavender wishes

I love lavender and I love CAS cards ... so I'm making a card combining them. 

It's quite a long time till I'll see them in my garden since I'm in the Southern Hemisphere, but here's a photo from September last year.

Vintage Hearts

 A special card for a special friend ... who loves vintage, lace and tea.

The inside ... (I hid 2 smudge marks by making a mini tag!)

Delicate Tags

I had some uncoloured Delicate Flowers from my previous card.  Decided to change up the colours and make it soft and light. I wanted to keep the background light so that it would not overpower the sweet tags, so I coloured some embossing paste with the same colours as the tags and flowers.

I seem to be into fussy cutting these days!

Spring Crocuses

It's spring time in the northern hemisphere, but it's getting chilly down here.

I watercoloured the die cuts, with a light touch of embossing paste through a stencil for the background.

Framed Robin 3

Framed Robin 2

Here is my second framed Robin (no 1 is here).

This time I made a vertical column of the embossing paste through the tiny dot stencil leaving room for the sentiment. I used the smaller deckle frame.

Framed Robin 1

When I made the "Cutest Trio" card, I stamped a second set of robins, and coloured them the same way.

Here is the first of my framed robin series ...

I've just received my first pot of Altenew white embossing paste and had to try it out.  I love it.  So smooth! So white!
