Happy Circles

CAS(E) this Sketch is by N@ Ali this week.


 I flipped it on the side, diecut a large HAPPY and used half of the WPlus9 sentiment. I stamped, punched and used enamel dot circles.

      Yes - but I can't believe how much more expensive they are in the UK compared to the States. But they won't ship across borders, so I'm stuck with the UK price. (I have daughters studying there, so I can get it shipped to them)
