Christmas Joy Inlay

OK so here's my second inlay technique card.

This time I used the WPlus9 wreath and Joy dies and the Hero Arts flower. Those little leaves on the wreath made it quite finicky to put together when they got chopped by the other dies.

Coloured with copics. Lots of Frosted Lace stickles on the Joy, gold liquid pearls on the flowers.

I thought I had finished my card ...

But when I saw it on the screen, I thought it a bit flat. Do you find that you get a different perspective on your cards when you see it through the screen?

So I stamped a black "christmas" and added dots and the ribbon to tie in with the blue joy.

Here you can see the lovely frosty joy with the heart popped up on foam.

Which do you prefer?

Will enter this for the Die Cut Divas Holiday & Celebration Challenge.
