Needed to make a special card for my daughter's graduation next week.
My first attempt at printing and cutting on my silhouette. So happy. Couldn't believe how easy it is. And I shaded my shape! Could do a little jig just like the grad shape!
Stamped the Radiant Banner in Yellow and Marigold and embossed clear. Stamped magical Background in Raspberrry. Sponged in Worn Lipstick and Mustard Seed - masking my banner to keep it white.
Played in the Hero Arts flickr group card scramble last night. The theme was weddings. Took me a while to get into the wedding mood, so I missed the deadline.
I looked for stamps on love, and this Untitled Word Shadow is a new one that has yet to be inked. Then looked for messages because other than "congratulations", I was not sure what I could use. In the set CL607 Together I spotted the "together" and the "zigzag".
I wanted to use the same love circle in another way, and found my Basic Grey Kissing Booth Pad. Changed to kraft cardstock as the background was cream.
On a roll here with this challenge. I also looked at my "older" and sometimes neglected Hero Arts stamps so I could also play in A Blog named Hero challenge - Dust Em Off.
And here's a picture with the stamp so you can see how I masked a square and only used part of it - but twice!
More mini masterpieces for OLW88 - wanted to do a evening sky! Added birds with black pen, and touches of white gel pen to tips of flowers and leaves. Sentiment is from Club Scrap.
Using the Lovingly Baroque embossing folder of Couture creations with Hero Arts Mid-tone hues in Stone Wash, on a background of Hero Arts Antique Flower Background in Colourbox Lime green.
