Inspired by Jennifer McGuire's one layer frame card. I added some shading to the outer edge to give the illusion of depth. I decided to use Prismacolour crayons for colouring. The dots are flattened Enamel Accents - I quite like the effect.
Beautiful card, Janet. The shading really does add dimension making it look like a separate panel. Thanks for sharing your card with us at Just Us Girls.
The shading is one of my favorite techniques for adding depth and dimension without adding layers. Great job. A beautiful card, Janet. Thank you for joining us at Less is More. x
This is super and I love the black/grey border around your image too
